Travel and Targeting Support/Targeter

Job Summary

B&A is seeking a Travel and Targeting Support/Targeter to support a federal government client in Northern Virginia. This is a full-time, on-site position. If you are interested and meet the qualifications below, we encourage you to apply for this exciting and impactful opportunity.
  • Anticipated Award: September/October 2026
  • Anticipated Start: September/October 2026
  • Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
  • Salary Range: $140,000 - $220,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Location
  • On-site in Northern Virginia

Responsibilities
  • Conducts intelligence targeting in support of Counterintelligence and DO operations by exploiting intelligence Community targeting data and sponsor data holdings to produce actionable analysis.
  • Drafts, coordinates, and disseminates operational reporting (cables, tearlines, and CJRs).
  • Collaborates across organizational boundaries to meet sponsor objectives and keep leadership informed on travel data acquisition and analysis efforts.
  • Communicates clearly to all management levels, tailoring content to varied formats and audiences.
  • Executes multiple ambiguous tasks to completion under competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating integrity, accountability, and inclusive leadership.

Education and Experience
  • Entry Level: 0-2 years of specialized experience
  • Journeyman: 2-4 years of specialized experience
  • Full Performance: 4-6 years of specialized experience
  • Senior Level: 6-8 years of specialized experience
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME): 8-12 years of specialized experience

Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.
  • Relevant certifications in programming and development, cloud and infrastructure, architecture and design, or other related networking, cybersecurity, or technology disciplines.

Security Clearance
  • Active TS/SCI with an FS Poly adjudicated within the last five (5) years
