Full-Time Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 per year
You will:
- Team Leadership & Supervision, lead and develop drivers, dispatchers, and support staff.
- Conduct ride-alongs and field evaluations to ensure service quality and safety, monitor driver behavior, and coach performance.
- Oversee daily routing, scheduling, and dispatching.
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards, and maintain Driver Qualification files and oversee incident reporting.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Sales to meet delivery expectations.
- Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules, track KPIs such as delivery rates, fuel efficiency, and driver productivity.
- Manage employee timekeeping and payroll processes, including missed punches, meal logs, and timecard edits.
- Oversee accident and injury reporting, including KPA documentation and follow-up.
You have:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of supervising involving transportation, distribution, logistics, or related work experience
- Experience with DQ file compliance
- Proficiency in Excel and Word, and experience with RoadNet, Lytx, Geotab, and Omnitracs is a plus
- A Class A or Class B licence is a preferred
