What You'll Do
Project Management & Delivery: Lead and manage transportation planning and traffic projects, including client communication, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and quality.
Technical Role: Apply your expertise in transportation planning, multimodal mobility, and traffic analysis/design to support a wide variety of projects.
Mentor and Inspire: Share your expertise and passion by guiding and training junior engineers. Help us build the next generation of transportation professionals.
Drive Growth: Contribute to the expansion of our transportation practice by assisting in business development activities. Network, connect, and help us win new projects.
Public Engagement: Support facilitation of public meetings, workshops, and presentations to City Councils and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, Civil/Traffic Engineering, or related field.
AICP Certification
6+ years in transportation planning and/or traffic engineering, with at least 2 years in project management.
Planning: multimodal planning, corridor/special area studies, access management, parking, active transportation.
Traffic: operational analysis, traffic studies, and design support.
Software: Microsoft Office, GIS (preferred), GIS mapping, traffic/transportation modeling tools (Synchro, VISSIM, or similar).
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Preferred
Master's degree in Transportation Planning, Civil Engineering or related field. Prior consulting or municipal/DOT experience.
Familiarity with TxDOT processes and design requirements.
PE License
Experience in marketing, client development, and proposal preparation.
