We are looking for an experienced Transportation Manager who can lead transportation operations, maximize fleet efficiency, support our drivers, and ensure we deliver safe, reliable service to our customers.

What We Ask of You- Schedule and dispatch all trucking jobs within our Carlin, Nevada operations.
- Adjust quickly to last-minute schedule changes while maintaining clear communication with drivers, customers, and management.
- Monitor driver performance and ensure established KPIs are consistently met.
- Maximize fleet efficiency through effective dispatch planning and execution while maintaining a safe workplace.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of DOT laws and regulations to help ensure driver and company compliance.
- Track work tickets accurately for invoicing and billing purposes.
- Work closely with the Area Manager and Hydro Blast/Vac Truck Manager to coordinate transportation needs and complete operational tasks.
- Effectively manage asset utilization to contribute to cost control and overall profitability.
- Maintain strong time management, communication, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Take initiative, work independently, and coordinate effectively with teammates and management.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite effectively, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Lead by example and promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

You should be comfortable making decisions, solving problems, communicating with drivers and customers, and adjusting quickly when operational needs change.
Previous transportation, dispatch, fleet management, industrial services, or DOT-regulated industry experience is strongly preferred.
