You Are:

Management Consulting Manager professionals will be part of the leading Strategy & Consulting practice in the Industrial Transportation & Logistics sector and will possess one or multiple of the following areas of expertise -- Aftermarket, Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations, Freight and Logistics, Data/AI -- to play a pivotal role in addressing industry requirements. This experience will enable you to provide strategic advice, implement solutions, and optimize business processes for clients in the Industrial sector.

Management Consulting professionals should be able to: 

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry fundamentals and leading functional practices.

  • Formulate solutions for complex problems using a fact-based, hypothesis-driven approach.

  • Translate recommendations into actionable roadmaps and program plans.

  • Possess a bias for action and a sense of urgency while maintaining a process-oriented approach and sound business judgment.

Travel as needed, up to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Consulting in the Industrial sector to include but not limited to:  Aftermarket, Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations, Freight and Logistics, Data/AI.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Growth strategy for logistics providers or infra operators

  • Quantitative modeling (margin, volume, cost structures)

Digital/AI:

  • Route optimization, demand forecasting, visibility platforms

  • Logistics tech landscape (TMS, WMS, control towers)
