Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in Transmission & Distribution.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in T&D engineering.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Knowledge of overhead transmission design and construction practices.
• Familiarity with NESC and utility industry standards.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• PE license and/or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead T&D engineering projects from initiation through closeout.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and financial performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and construction activities.
• Develop proposals and support contract negotiations.
• Monitor project risks and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal leadership.
• Mentor junior team members in the engineering team.
• Participate in business development and strategic planning initiatives.
• Travel to client and project sites as required.
