Responsibilities- Coordinate advisor transition activities from recruitment through registration readiness and transition implementation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for advisors throughout the transition process.
- Support recruitment efforts by providing transition guidance, operational support, and due diligence coordination throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate and facilitate due diligence activities, ensuring required documentation, information, and approvals are obtained to support informed business decisions.
- Provide guidance regarding advisor registration requirements, licensing pathways, contracting processes, and transition procedures.
- Lead transition activities for assistant upgrades, newly licensed advisors, zero-asset advisors, and lower-complexity recruitment opportunities.
- Develop and execute transition plans tailored to advisor requirements and transition objectives.
- Partner with advisors to identify transition risks and support mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Registration, Supervision, Operations, Technology, Legal, Training, and Business Development teams to support transition readiness.
- Support advisor transitions involving registration changes, branch relocations, business model conversions, and other transition-related activities.
- Develop and maintain transition resources, process documentation, best practices, and advisor-facing materials.
- Monitor transition activities, escalate issues as appropriate, and support timely resolution.
- Contribute recommendations to improve transition processes, service delivery, and advisor experience.
- Support strategic initiatives, change management activities, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications- Post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in wealth management, recruiting support, or related operational functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience supporting advisor transitions, registration activities, licensing processes, or advisor recruitment activities is an asset.
- Working knowledge of CIRO registration requirements, advisor licensing frameworks, and advisor contracting processes is an asset.

Salary range is expected to be between$62,850.00 CAD - $104,750.00 CAD
