Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Formal project management training desired, with a preference for ongoing training.
• CLSSGB - Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• High computer skills and literacy with project scheduling software experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead PCBAs, test fixtures, and material transitions into Plexus Manufacturing facilities.
• Create and manage project timelines for transferring products and processes.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with Plexus and customer work streams.
• Guide project teams through execution, communicating key success factors and addressing risks and opportunities.
• Own and monitor the project schedule, facilitating meetings to ensure timely completion of actions.
