Full Job Description
Job Summary

As a Transformation Programs Advisor, you will serve as a strategic advisory partner connecting client business objectives with enterprise security architectures. In this role, you will help enterprise organizations evaluate, quantify, and articulate the business and operational value of security transformation initiatives. You will work alongside customer executives and security leaders to model financial ROI, define target state security postures, and establish strategic roadmaps for modern identity and security architectures.

Core Responsibilities
Value Engineering & Financial Modeling
  • Business Case Development: Build quantitative financial models, business cases, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses to demonstrate the value of security modernization.
  • Risk & Value Assessment: Evaluate client current-state operational costs, administrative overhead, and security risk exposure to help executive stakeholders prioritize transformation investments.
  • Executive Roadmaps: Deliver strategic business cases and long-term transformation roadmaps tailored for complex enterprise organizations in regulated industries.
Strategic Advisory & Pre-Sales Engagement
  • Value-Driven Consulting: Partner with Sales and Technical Teams during early-stage customer engagements to align solution vision with client business drivers.
  • Executive Workshops: Lead interactive visioning sessions and executive workshops with C-suite stakeholders and security leaders to articulate the benefits of modernizing identity and access architectures.
  • Outcome-Focused Messaging: Frame customer discussions around business resilience, operational efficiency, and long-term risk reduction rather than tactical product feature sets.
Architectural Vision & Strategy
  • Target Architecture Alignment: Advise customer stakeholders on modern security principles, including Zero Trust frameworks, modern privilege management, and cloud-first security models.
  • Best Practice Standardization: Help refine repeatable consultative frameworks, templates, and engagement models to elevate advisory standards across strategic customer accounts.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a consultative SME during strategic opportunity reviews, effectively communicating both business return and technical feasibility.
Stakeholder Alignment & Leadership
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Operations teams to align customer requirements with organizational strategy.
  • Executive Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, executive-ready presentations tailored for non-technical leadership and board-level audiences.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, strategic pre-sales, security architecture, or enterprise transformation advisory.
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, identity management concepts, and risk management frameworks.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong capability in financial modeling, ROI/TCO calculation, and business case formulation for complex technical programs.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation, whiteboard facilitation, and executive communication skills with proven ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
Preferred Certifications
  • Security & Governance: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certifications.
  • Cloud Architecture: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
  • Process & Program Management: PMP, ITIL, or equivalent methodology credentials.
