π§ What You'll Bring- Proven capability delivering complex projects, operational initiatives, or transformation programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet, Wrike, Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage technical, operational, and executive audiences
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted partnerships across functions and geographies
- Confidence navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and driving progress in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with an analytical and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and deliver on commitments
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to influence outcomes, facilitate discussions, and create alignment among stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred
