MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Transformation Analyst to join our team.

Reporting directly to the Chief Acceleration Officer, you will assist the ACHIEVE Office (AO) in driving the weekly cadence, managing Maestro, and preparing program analytic insights. This role supports a best-in-class governance structure, drives a consistent operational cadence, and maintains a sharp focus on value creation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of existing operations and proposed initiatives to identify opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and improved profitability.
  • Prepare agenda materials, run weekly initiative owner check-ins, and track action items for the ACHIEVE Office to completion.
  • Ensure real-time accuracy of transformation pipeline, stage-gate approvals, and financial run-rate impact within Maestro.
  • Apply strategic thinking and financial acumen to identify and address critical business challenges, developing data-driven solutions.
  • Proactively identify and assess potential risks to the successful execution of initiatives, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Enforce accountability and data integrity with senior initiative owners while thriving in a fast-paced environment under C-suite visibility.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of experience in management consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking, or a finance-focused analytical role.
  • Demonstrated track record of financial modeling, valuation, and performance measurement.
  • Experience with LLM and advanced analytical tools, such as Claude, Gemini, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, or Python.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the government services or national security industry.
  • Familiarity with enterprise transformation tracking platforms such as Maestro.
  • Demonstrated ability to push back constructively on senior stakeholders to enforce data integrity.


Clearance Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.


Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations .


The projected compensation range for this position is $88,200.00-$147,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
