Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one 7clean8 ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

As a member of the Change, Business Engagement and Adoption Leadership Team, you will design and implement transformative change strategies, influence business leaders and organizations, and embed a culture of agility and continuous improvement across a sophisticated global enterprise. As a trusted advisor, youll craft impactful strategies, resource plans, and partner engagement models; lead efforts to standardize global processes and establish balanced change practicestranslating sophisticated organizational change into scalable, measurable initiatives aligned to business goals and long-term value realization.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage business partners early in program strategy to define desired outcomes, shape value realization, and identify change drivers and dependencies.
Lead discovery and assessment activities (process walkthroughs, partner interviews, workshops) to identify high-impact change requirements and prioritize interventions.
Design and own strategic change plans that align with program roadmaps, including risk mitigation, prioritization, and integrated readiness schedules for releases.
Facilitate prioritization of change activities in tandem with release schedules, ensuring proactive readiness assessment.
Lead a high-performing team in translating assessments into practical change artifactspersona definitions, journey maps, impact assessments, adoption KPIs, and success metricsensuring
Facilitate prioritization of change activities with program and release leads to ensure synchronized timing of communications, training, staffing, and operational readiness. consistency across streams and releases.
Collaborate with the business teams and CEBA partners to address critical talent and organizational staffing and change needs, ensuring workforce readiness for transformation.
Serve as trusted advisor and role modelinfluencing senior leaders, building credibility, and fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement
Lead, develop, and mentor a distributed team of internal and external change practitioners; ensure delivery quality and capability growth.
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum of High School or equivalent diploma/degree is required
Bachelors / University or higher degree is strongly preferred, with a focus in Supply Chain, Business, Technology, Engineering, or Organizational Psychology
Experience and Skills:
Required:
At least (10) years of relevant leadership experience driving large scale transformations, change strategy and realization efforts at global scale
Consistent track record as change leader on global transformational projects; with validated hands on experience with methodologies and techniques
Forward looking with a broad view and capable of aligning organizational change strategies across the end-to-end business continuum Supply Chain, Commercial, R&D, Finance, etc.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with consistent record to influence and engage partners at all levels
Outstanding active listening skills & ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences at varying levels
Must be a standout colleague and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, savvy at identifying risks and devising effective mitigation strategies across sophisticated problems
Ability to build deep networks and crafts future opportunities for enhanced business results
Preferred
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain interactions and interdependencies with other functions, including end-customer touchpoints
Experience working in a sophisticated, multi-ERP / system environment and proven experience with large-scale SAP ERP replacement project(s)
Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry experience

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$150,000.00 - $258,750.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave 120 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
