The Richmond office of Troutman Pepper Locke is seeking a junior associate to join our Multi-Family Housing practice group. Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent academic credentials, maturity, and effective communication skills. An interest in real estate or real estate finance is advantageous. We will consider candidates with 1 to 2 years of legal experience who are eager to learn and grow with us.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions and develop your legal skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will become part of a team that is widely regarded as the go-to legal resource for lenders and loan servicers in the multifamily finance sector in the United States.
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in Virginia.
The salary range for this position is $225,000 - $235,000, dependent on years of experience.
