Troutman Pepper Locke's Real Estate practice group is seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years of real estate transactional experience to join the Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing (experience representing both borrowers and lenders would be a plus), and leasing. They will be confident and comfortable working with clients daily, will have an elevated attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This position will be based in our Dallas office.
The salary range for this position is $235,000 - $295,000, dependent on relevant years of experience.
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state of Texas, or eligible to waive in. They must possess excellent academic credentials and have superior writing skills.
