Transaction Services Manager - Healthcare

Crowe is seeking a Manager for Healthcare Transactions to join our dynamic Transaction Services team. This position requires the candidate to lead buy-side and sell-side advisory projects for clients who invest in and/or operate within healthcare services. The Manager will serve as a key client contact and oversee engagement execution, team development, and client relationships.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across the healthcare industry.
  • Manage engagement execution, including planning, staffing, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, private equity firms, lenders, and target company management.
  • Analyze financial records and operational data to assess quality of earnings (EBITDA), net working capital, cash flow trends, and other key metrics.

At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $106,500.00 - $217,800.00 per year.
