JOB DESCRIPTION

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Manage team of professionals that deliver end-to-end transaction execution of trade and loan transactions. Manage documentation negotiation of credit facilities and ancillary documentation including liaising with internal and external counsel to prepare and review transactional documentation. Maintain oversight of the system set up and deal closing processes. Draw on expertise to suggest solutions for appropriate stakeholders including Bankers, Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Tax as necessary, ensuring they are brought into the debate in a timely manner to reach a resolution. Manage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations. Lead team projects focused on continuous improvement, process enhancement, automation and remit expansion. Up to 10% international travel required to JPMC sites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Transaction Execution, Credit Product Delivery Transaction Execution Manager, Credit Product Delivery or related occupation.. Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Executing and handling Traditional Trade documentation in Microsoft Word, DocuSign, SharePoint and auxiliary documentation; Executing credit transactions; Facilitating KYC and FinCEN recertification processes in partnership with Banking and Sales teams, supporting regulatory-compliant client onboarding; Performing end-to-end execution of investment banking trade products, including coordination of documentation, approvals, and closing procedures; Identifying points of interaction that may cause execution delays in Credit, Trade, and Loan systems; Utilizing system dashboards including Active Deals, Pending Deals Assignment, Aged Deals and workflow management tools to proactively resolve transaction issues; managing trade product execution across multiple jurisdictions and currencies using transaction platforms including SWIFT with international regulations, compliance requirements, and multi-currency settlement systems; Implementing Investment banking Trade and Loan controls and audit procedures; Facilitating engagement with external auditors and controls partners on audits of execution processes and procedures by utilizing audit management platforms using SharePoint; Drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures for trade and loan transaction execution processes and procedures using document management systems including Adobe Experience Manager, Change Management Tool and SharePoint; Conducting data gathering and analysis for trade and loan products using Tableau, Alteryx, and Microsoft Excel; Driving project management initiatives for product coverage expansion and process improvement using MS Project, cross-functional resource coordination, milestone definition, timeline management, and performance tracking to ensure on-time delivery; Coordinating client-facing legal agreement negotiations by utilizing contract management systems including DocuSign.  

Job Location: 545 Washington Boulevard, Jersey City, NJ 07310. up to 10% international travel required to JPMC sites. .
