Transaction Banking

The Liquidity Solutions Product Manager role is responsible for defining and implementing the Liquidity Solutions business strategy. They will play a strategic role in the life cycle of the liquidity solutions product set while incorporating the voice of the customer. They will partner closely with technology leads to define and create the overall product strategy, document requirements for design and engineering partners, delivery and go-to-market plan that aligns with business goals. They will also work closely with all Transaction Banking teams including Operations and Sales to implement and manage core product capability and to develop innovative new liquidity solutions to meet client needs. The role requires an understanding of corporate liquidity products, including deposit accounts, term deposits, Money Market Fund Sweeps, cash concentration, virtual accounts and notional pooling. An understanding of client challenges/opportunities and industry trends will be required as inputs into the Liquidity Solutions strategic product roadmap.

The Team

The Liquidity Solutions product team is responsible for developing innovative cash management solutions including cash concentration, virtual accounts, and pooling. We are thought leaders, bringing new ideas and insights to clients to help them achieve a leaner, smarter treasury.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as subject matter expert in liquidity products and cash management solutions
  • Understanding of current liquidity products industry landscape, including current trends
  • Execute against product strategy to buildout our liquidity solutions roadmap
  • Understands product development methodologies and strategies needed to fulfil delivery
  • Input towards scoping of product development team from initial strategy to delivery and beyond
  • Identify, document requirements, and develop new capabilities aimed at delivering customer value
  • Ability to communicate within team to provide focus against prioritized product development goals
  • Translate between business requirements and technology specifications - in both directions: top-down and bottom-up
  • Document clear user stories and acceptance criteria to collaborate, direct, and inform Design and Technology resources
  • Present complex ideas and processes in easy to consume presentations to gain stakeholder alignment and drive initiatives
  • Support Sales in responding to complex RFPs, non-standard information requests,
  • Support Sales in delivering product demos and best and final solution presentations (over phone or in-person)
  • Support Sales with client needs identification, solution recommendations and pricing
  • Provide training and support to Sales and business partners on new payments product capabilities
