  • Build and maintain instructor-led training (ILT) infrastructure, including Sessions and Events for both internal and external learners at request.
  • Upload, test, troubleshoot, and manage CMI5/xAPI, SCORM, MP4, PDF, and other file types to ensure seamless learning experiences.

  • Monitor learning activity, generate reports, and analyze usage data to provide actionable insights and ensure training effectiveness.
  • Support LMS use by multiple teams while maintaining platform integrity, naming conventions, metadata consistency, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Document processes, create user guides, and coach others in best practices for LMS use.
  • Stay current on learning technology trends, including CMI5/xAPI and its application to simulation, VR, and future-facing training initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors or internal tech support to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years of experience administering enterprise-level LMS platforms, with significant hands-on experience in Cornerstone Learn.
  • Experience with xAPI, CMI5, and SCORM file handling, metadata tagging, file testing, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Proven expertise creating and managing Groups, Audiences, catalogs, learning assignments, and ILT structures (Sessions and Events).
  • Experience integrating both LRS and LMS platforms with other enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Okta, content management systems).
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and support diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Able to build dashboards, import/export, and consolidate multiple sources of learning data, analytics, and reporting tools within Cornerstone, other LMS platforms, Foundry, Tableau, or other aggregate reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to identify risk profiles of training campaigns, record collection, and training rollouts before they happen.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Familiarity with managing xAPI standards and applications to support immersive training (e.g., Simulators, VR/AR).
  • Prior experience supporting technical training or defense-related programs.
