Full Job Description
What you\'ll do
  • Develop, implement, and sustain industry-leading training programs.
  • Develop and maintain the training matrix for the site and other KPIs.
  • Own training record-keeping metrics and ensure audit-ready documentation.
  • Supervise the network of site trainers to implement best practices.
  • Provides guidance and coaching to department leaders to ensure execution of safety and functional training.
  • Experience with updating training programs to incorporate policy, regulatory, legal, and system changes into the curriculum.
  • Identify, train, and lead qualified on-the-job trainers for all production areas.
  • Create both digital and classroom-based training content.
  • Learning Management Software - Owner.
  • Communication with internal and external training agencies and advisory services.
  • Partnership with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to provide guidance on training content, delivery, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Identifying training needs, creating and overseeing development plans, and implementing strategies to ensure continuous employee growth. Their main goal is to ensure that employees possess the necessary competencies to advance in their roles and contribute to the organization\'s success.

Thesalary range for this role is $85,000.00 to $100,000.00. This range represents thegood-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offerfor this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, thisposition may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, asapplicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package asdescribed above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as thecandidate\'s skills, experience, education, training, and work location. Thisposting is intended to comply with all applicable state and local paytransparency laws.
