Epsilon C5I (www.epsilonsystems.com/c5i), focused on software development and systems engineering for complex command, control, intelligence and combat systems is seeking a Training Specialist II for work in San Diego, CA. Our engineering efforts provide the warfighter with common enterprise solutions to improve information sharing and combat effectiveness.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Applies critical thinking skills and experience in support of Fleet SIGINT/IO requirements
- Develops, designs, and revises scenarios for Stallion Training Suite and peripheral applications
- Develops, designs, and revises scenarios in support of Fleet training exercises
- Provides academic training and management support to IWTG/IWTC in support of OFRP, FST, and Basic Phase requirements
- Ensures that deploying SSES teams and Navy operators are positioned for success
- Provides training and management support to IWTG/IWTC during shipboard cryptologic systems and application training and certification events.
- Performing as primary instructor and/or supporting primary instructor for conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, briefings, and seminars. Preparing manuals and procedures. Preparing materials including handouts, certificates, and critique forms.
- Performs required analysis, design, development, and evaluation to successfully implement new or redesigned courses for technical training. Assists in the technology-based redesign of courses.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Instructor NEC 805A / 9571, Afloat Training Specialist, Master Training Specialist (MTS).
- Six (6+) years of signals analysis experience
- Fleet Cryptology Experience Preferred.
- Applicant Must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI access
- Applicant Must have a current Passport and able to travel up to three times per year for up to a 5-week period.
