Responsibilities

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Collaborate with senior management to review curriculum and identify additional training needs
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend effective training solutions to address gaps
  • Coordinate with managers to implement training and leadership development programs
  • Establish clear business and performance objectives for all training initiatives
  • Evaluate student performance during and after training, offering targeted coaching and development
  • Measure and assess the success of training programs in achieving desired outcomes
  • Partner with peer training managers to manage shared responsibilities and logistics
  • Stay current with learning and performance strategies, methods and delivery techniques
  • Oversee external resources to ensure cost-effective and high-quality training delivery
  • Facilitate training sessions as needed


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience

Experience
  • 5+ years of training experience
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Call center experience

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both oral and written formats
  • Ability to interact confidently with executives, managers and company personnel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
