How You'll Make an Impact - Collaborate with senior management to review curriculum and identify new training needs
- Assess team performance and recommend solutions to address gaps and enhance results
- Oversee the rollout of training and leadership development programs, ensuring successful adoption
- Define objectives for all training initiatives and measure their effectiveness
- Provide coaching and development to employees during and after training sessions
- Coordinate resources, schedules and logistics for seamless training delivery
- Manage external resources to optimize quality and cost efficiency
- Stay current with learning strategies and facilitate training sessions as needed
Working Conditions - Fast paced office environment
- Travel as required
What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience- 5+ years training experience
- 3+ years management experience
- 2+ years project management experience
- Call Center experience

- Effective under pressure with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
