What You Will Do:
  • Develop, organize, and maintain training materials, user guides, standard operating procedures, job aids, and other documentation to support team and organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information, identify documentation requirements, and ensure content is accurate, clear, and current.
  • Create and deliver training content for clients, including presentations, workshops, and other instructional materials that support learning and adoption.
  • Review, edit, and update existing documentation to improve usability, consistency, and alignment with policies, processes, and systems.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives by providing resources, answering questions, and helping users understand procedures and tools.
  • Maintain documentation libraries and training records, ensuring materials are organized, accessible, and version-controlled.
  • Assist with process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline documentation and enhance training effectiveness.

What You Will Need:
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
  • Associate's degree or additional 2 years experience in lieu of Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in training, technical writing, documentation development, instructional design, or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and user-friendly way.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.

What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Experience supporting training or documentation within an IT, grants, or administrative environment.
  • Familiarity with digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe, content management systems, or documentation platforms.
  • Experience creating online learning content, tutorials, or process maps.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles or instructional design best practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced organization.


The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$108,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
