Job Description:In this role, you will lead impactful training and development initiatives that enhance employee capability, engagement, and performance. Working closely with Operations, HR Business Partners, leaders, and support teams, you will identify opportunities to improve learning processes, build effective training programs, and create development pathways that support both individual growth and business success.

From onboarding and skills development to training effectiveness and workforce capability, your contributions will directly support operational excellence and long-term organizational success.
How You'll Make an Impact- Lead and oversee training and development programs that enhance employee performance, engagement, and skills.
- Partner with Operations, HR, leadership, and support functions to identify and implement learning improvements.
- Enhance onboarding programs to support a positive and effective new employee experience.
- Develop, track, and analyze training KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement training plans that align with business objectives and operational priorities.
- Manage and maintain training systems, records, and learning resources.
- Develop training materials and support trainers in delivering engaging learning experiences using adult learning methodologies.
- Evaluate current training practices and recommend innovative solutions that improve workforce capability and career development.
Your Background- Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience designing, administering, and delivering training programs.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment and supporting a diverse workforce.
- Knowledge of lean management systems and continuous improvement principles.
- Strong project management, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with instructional design methodologies, learning technologies, and performance-driven training solutions; certifications such as CPTD, CLDP, or CPLP are preferred.
