At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of our customer, we are seeking a MPT Training Analysts, with experience in supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/principles/organizational protocols.
Responsibilities:- Conduct Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) and Human Systems Integration (HSI) analyses to include job task analyses, maintenance task analyses, physical and cognitive workload analyses, training analyses, and personnel analyses using customer approved modeling software and methodology, in accordance with MCO 5311.1E, MIL-STD 1472G, MLD-HDBK 29612X, MIL-PRF 29612-2B, GEIA-0007, and NAVMC 1553.1A. Such analyses shall be placed into a report and delivered to the customer.
- Provide continuous training support to the Logistics leads in the development, maintenance, and support of training such as New Equipment Training (NET) associated with the fielding and sustainment of a solution. Documentation to be drafted by the contractor includes Programs of Instruction (POIs), lesson plans, Instructor Guides, student handouts, and additional curriculum for NET in the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) format.
- Develop training aids (Computer -based training, interactive training, Quick reference cards, and Surrogate development) to support Program systems and enable the customer to deliver Operator and Maintainer Training instructions as part of NET to the FMF. This level of effort will require travel to all Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) and Marine deployment locations.
- Will conduct program document health assessment analyses relevant to MPT/HSI for the targeted systems IAW the PM TCE Health Assessment Templates and deliver documents to the customer for review and approval.
- Develop, review, update, and deliver MPT IPT Charters in accordance with the PM TCE MPT IPT Charter template and collect IPT signatures and secure approval for each MPT effort as required.
- Develop, review, update, and deliver the MPT Assessment Determination (MAD) Tool in accordance with the MCSC MAD Tool template.
- Develop methodology memos in accordance with the TFSD-provided template.
- Develop and disseminate survey instruments with which to collect MPT/HSI data related to T&E events, training readiness, and other MPT/HSI-related domains.
- Develop, review, update, and deliver Operator and Maintainer New Equipment Training (NET) packages in accordance with NAVMC 1553.1A.
- Develop, review, update, and deliver program MPT Analysis Reports (MAR) in accordance with the MCSC MAR template as tailored by PM TCE guidance.
- Develop, review, update, and deliver MPT Plans (MPTPs) in accordance with the MCSC template.
Specific Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree and (7) years' work related experience
- Minimum Clearance Required: SECRET
