Position Overview

We are seeking a Training Administrator Support Specialist to provide administrative and analytical support for the TACCOM training program by maintaining records, coordinating logistics, and developing instructional materials.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Track and maintain training metrics across platforms (e.g., Acadis, dashboards) for reporting and student training records
  • Create job aids, materials, and other training support resources
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during training sessions to track data, compile reports, and support instructor needs
  • Assist the Training SME/PM in compiling and analyzing training information to improve program delivery efficiency
  • Support development and quality assurance of training materials for new courses
  • Maintain multiple email accounts and schedulers and track team activities


Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and automation
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, including animations, transitions, and design
  • Ability to develop professional training materials, job aids, student guides, and manuals
  • Ability to cross-reference and analyze data across platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, and Acadis
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of equivalent experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination
  • U.S. citizenship required
