high-performing Training Specialist to join our dynamic training team. This role is critical to ensuring our production workforce is equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to meet our quality and performance standards.
We're looking for someone who is not only experienced in training, preferably in a manufacturing environment or education-but also proactive, organized, and deeply committed to continuous improvement.
You will make an impact by: - Design & Develop Training Programs: Create engaging, effective training content focused on safety, equipment operation, standard work procedures, and quality.
- Deliver Hands-On Training: Facilitate interactive sessions for new hires and existing team members using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Assess Skills & Identify Gaps: Evaluate employee competencies and tailor training to meet individual and team needs.
- Maintain Training Records: Track participation, progress, and performance metrics to support compliance and improvement initiatives.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Regularly update training materials and methods to reflect evolving standards, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with production, quality, engineering, and leadership to align training with operational goals and workforce development needs.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field; or 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training design, development, and facilitation-ideally in manufacturing or secondary education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other training tools.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: - Professional training certification (e.g., ATD, CPTD, CPTM).
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems.

The pay range for this position is $82,538 - $141,494 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
