JOB DESCRIPTIONMoore & Van Allen is seeking an Associate with 2-4 years of experience ideally in the area of U.S. and international trademark prosecution, clearance, enforcement, and related matters to join the Intellectual Property Team in our Charlotte, North Carolina office. Qualified candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong verbal, writing and interpersonal skills, a keen interest in intellectual property law, and a demonstrated ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
