Summary

DLA Piper's nationally recognized Trademark, Copyright & Media Group is seeking a non-partnership track Attorney to join our San Diego office. We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in advertising litigation, NAD disputes, marketing law compliance, and counseling to assist in investigating, prosecuting and defending against advertising, marketing and unfair competition claims.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and writing skills and hands-on experience with:

• Advertising review and claims substantiation
• False advertising litigation
• Disputes before NAD and regulatory agencies

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Pay Transparency

The firm's expected hiring range for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 per year depending on the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
