JOB DESCRIPTION
Step into a pivotal role as a Trade Lifecycle Lead at JPMorganChase, where you'll be instrumental in managing the operations of the pre- and post-trading lifecycle across all asset classes. Your expertise will be key in driving operational efficiency, mitigating risks, and leading strategic projects to ensure seamless trade processing and the implementation of innovative solutions.

As a Trade Lifecycle Lead within JPMorganChase, you will be a key player in managing the operations of the pre- and post-trading life cycle across all asset classes. Your role will involve overseeing cash movements in and out of client accounts, preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts, and coordinating with other lines of business to ensure proper funding. You will be expected to leverage your deep understanding of trade lifecycle principles and practices to identify trends, generate innovative solutions, and ensure all trades are processed on respective platforms. Your advanced skills in areas such as fraud prevention, stakeholder management, process improvement, and automation will be crucial in driving operational efficiency and mitigating risks. As a subject matter expert, you will also play a pivotal role in leading change management initiatives, managing projects, and influencing strategic decisions within your area of responsibility.

Job responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation of crucial funding for managed demand deposit accounts (DDA’s), ensuring proper allocation of wires to client/funding accounts within the appropriate threshold.
  • Lead the reconciliation of ledgers through comprehensive investigation using various systems and tools, leveraging your advanced knowledge in market product and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with other lines of business to facilitate proper funding, utilizing your advanced skills in internal stakeholder management and influence.
  • Drive strategic projects in partnership with Product, Tech, and Change partners, ensuring seamless change adoption with a key focus on strategic stack adoption, leveraging your advanced proficiency in change and project management.
  • Spearhead process optimization projects to reduce operational manual touch points, utilizing innovative tools such as UI Path, Owl DQ, Alteryx, and imparting knowledge on these tools to the wider operations group.
