The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Manage rail logistics fulfillment process, ensuring quality service from contract negotiation to order fulfillment and payment management.
- Liaise with key internal and external customers to ensure transactions execute timely and provide support for pricing, fills, and logistics.
- Manage and document all accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate collection and application of payments for all rail shipments.
- Resolve non-routine trade execution issues, including transportation disruptions, contract discrepancies, and service failures.
- Partner with Trading team on issuance and maintenance of sale and purchase contracts.
- Design, analyze, and file reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide analysis and recommendations for improvements where applicable.
- Support stakeholders after hours and on weekends as needed.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Education and Experience- Demonstrate ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a desire to continuously improve trade execution efficiencies and asset utilization while providing superior customer service to internal and external customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business.
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics or merchandising.
Preferred Education and Experience- Experience in the agricultural field or supply chain management.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors- Work in a primarily sedentary position with occasional movement between offices or buildings.
- Move light equipment or supplies as needed.
- Access files, supplies, and equipment.
- Work in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
