Job Description:

Role Definition
Evaluates trade compliance activities, controls, and risk management practices; supports assessments and reviews designed to ensure compliance with applicable global trade laws and strengthen the effectiveness of trade compliance controls, policies, procedures, and risk mitigation activities.

Responsibilities
• Supports trade compliance assessments, reviews, and assurance activities to evaluate the effectiveness of established policies, procedures, controls, and risk mitigation measures.
• Reviews trade compliance activities, documentation, and transactional data to identify compliance risks, control gaps, process weaknesses, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Interacts with business partners to gather information, support assessments, discuss observations, and assist in the development of corrective actions.
• Assists with management of assessment documentation, record-keeping requirements where applicable, corrective action tracking, and preparation of analyses and materials for management review.

• Ensures compliance with industry standards, regulations and policies.

Additional Information:

This position requires incumbents to be onsite in the Irving, TX office 5 days per week.

Summary Pay Range:

$97,530.00 - $146,290.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
