Job DescriptionThe Treasury & Payments Solutions (TPS) Market Readiness team organizes and supports treasury and payment solutions focused market readiness and commercialization programs. The team works across Product, Sales, Marketing, Learning & Development, Communications, Implementation, and other partner groups to help prepare the organization to position, sell, implement, and support TPS solutions.
The TPS Market Readiness Leader is responsible for establishing the vision, strategy, governance, and execution framework for market readiness across TPS. This leader oversees a team of Program Managers and partners closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership to ensure the successful commercialization of TPS solutions, strategic growth initiatives, and product enhancements. Success in this role will improve sales readiness, accelerate speed to revenue, increase product adoption and growth, and strengthen market awareness across priority solution areas and client segments.
Position Highlights- Lead and develop a high-performing team of TPS Market Readiness Program Managers responsible for commercialization and readiness initiatives across TPS.
- Establish the strategic direction, operating model, governance structure, and prioritization framework for market readiness activities supporting new products, enhancements, re-commercialization efforts, and growth initiatives.
- Serve as the primary market readiness leader for TPS, partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, Learning & Development, Communications, Implementation, and executive leadership to align priorities and execution plans.
- Provide portfolio-level oversight of readiness programs, balancing resources, priorities, dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Define and maintain consistent readiness methodologies, tools, templates, reporting practices, and performance measurements to improve effectiveness and scalability.
- Ensure stakeholders have clear accountability, decision-making processes, and visibility into readiness activities across the product lifecycle.
- Partner with Product and Sales leadership to assess market opportunities, product strategies, target audiences, commercialization approaches, and organizational readiness requirements.
- Guide the development of positioning, messaging, learning strategies, communications plans, and adoption programs in partnership with Product, Marketing, and other key stakeholders.
- Organize readiness efforts around client processes, industries, and solution areas such as payables, receivables, liquidity, embedded payments, international payments, healthcare, and other TPS priorities.
- Establish processes to gather stakeholder feedback, identify performance gaps, and continuously improve readiness outcomes.
- Monitor readiness performance, organizational adoption, stakeholder engagement, and program effectiveness while proactively addressing risks and barriers.
- Measure success through aggressive revenue targets achievement and stakeholder feedback.
- Provide executive-level updates, strategic recommendations, and performance insights to senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing, communications, project management, or another related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ten or more years of experience in banking, financial services, product commercialization, product marketing, sales enablement, program management, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience leading teams, programs, or large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and change management capabilities.
Preferred Skills and Experience- Experience leading high-performing teams in a matrixed organization.
- Treasury management, transaction banking, payments, product commercialization, product marketing, or sales enablement experience.
- Demonstrated success developing commercialization, go-to-market, readiness, or sales enablement strategies.
- Strong strategic planning, governance, portfolio management, and organizational leadership skills.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Consultative approach with the ability to translate business strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Experience developing and improving scalable processes, governance models, reporting structures, and performance measurements.
- Familiarity with learning, communications, product positioning, sales enablement, internal marketing, market activation, and readiness measurement.
- PMP certification or comparable program management training is beneficial but not required.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $149,515.00 - $175,900.00
