That is our goal for Boltline by Stoke Space, our commercial software platform that helps advanced hardware manufacturing teams integrate, track, iterate, build, and test efficiently.
As a
Technical Program Manager (TPM) on the Boltline by Stoke Space Integration team, you will sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success, driving integration projects (e.g. ERP and PLM ) and guiding customers through successful implementations of Boltline. This role is ideal for a seasoned TPM who's has experience and is comfortable translating between technical systems and business stakeholders, driving multiple complex, cross-functional workstreams simultaneously, and mentoring others along the way. They should be able to dive deep into the technical details, business requirements and coordinate the communication on all levels along the way.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end technical scoping, planning, and delivery of integrations between Boltline and customer ERP systems (e.g., SyteLine, JAMIS, Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and PLM / PDM systems (e.g. Teamcenter, Windchill, Solidworks PDM, etc)
- Define data mapping, API contracts, and sync logic between Boltline and external systems working with Engineering teams
- Identify and resolve data integrity, latency, and error-handling issues across integrations
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and risk across concurrent integration projects
- Document integration architecture and maintain guides & runbooks for integrations
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer IT teams and implementation partners
- Create and manage relationships not limited to NDAs and SOWs
- Coordinate with vendors and customer engineering teams to align on technical requirements
- Translate customer business requirements into technical implementation plans in partnership with Solutions Engineering and Product
- Manage and drive integration and implementation project plans
- Develop custom scripts to drive non-product development needs
Qualifications- 8+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager or similar customer-facing technical role
- Demonstrated track record managing complex software integration projects (APIs, middleware, ETL, or similar)
- Working knowledge of ERP and/or PLM systems and their data models (BOMs, part masters, work orders, purchase orders, etc.)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data mapping/transformation concepts
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, high-complexity technical projects with competing priorities and deadlines, with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both engineers and executive-level business stakeholders
- Experience writing or reviewing technical specifications, integration documentation, or runbooks
- Comfortable working directly with customer IT/engineering teams and internal cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Customer Success)
- Experience driving work through an issue tracker with disciplined scope, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
- Excellent written communication, with a bias toward concise, data-backed updates
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, compliance-sensitive environment with shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications- Direct hands-on experience with specific ERP platforms (JAMIS, Acumatica, Syteline, NetSuite) or PLM platforms (Windchill, Teamcenter, Solidworks PDM)
- Experience in manufacturing, hardware, or industrial software environments
- SQL proficiency or experience querying/debugging integration data issues directly
- Prior experience at an early- or growth-stage SaaS company
- Background in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success in addition to program management
- Scripting experience (Python, JavaScript) for troubleshooting or building lightweight integration tooling
- Interest in aerospace, manufacturing, or complex physical systems

CompensationTarget Levels:
- Level 4 range: $192,885 - $289,380
