Job Description:

Provides Total Rewards consultancy services to internal customers with a focus on prescription benefit programs. This role performs intermediate to complex analysis and research, develops and delivers communication materials, and collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The position supports key projects and helps solve moderate-to-complex Total Rewards challenges.

What You Will Do:
  • Analyze external market data and Total Rewards trends to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing existing programs or introducing new offerings
  • Administer Total Rewards programs and serve as a point of contact for internal customers while partnering with external vendors
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support business and talent-related challenges
  • Ensure compliance with Total Rewards policies and maintain accurate employee data in alignment with company standards
  • Transfer employee benefits data to vendors and support ongoing benefits administration processes
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining prescription drug coverage programs
  • Identify and diagnose routine issues related to benefits programs and provide solutions
What You Have:
  • Education/Experience: Degree or equivalent experience desired
  • Analytical Thinking:
    • Ability to define problems, evaluate alternatives, and determine root causes
    • Experience using tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools to interpret data and recommend solutions
    • Ability to identify trends, risks, and meaningful data patterns
  • Effective Communication:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and reporting
    • Ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and avoid unnecessary technical jargon
    • Skilled at giving and receiving feedback constructively
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders
    • Demonstrated adaptability in communication and teamwork
    • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners
  • Benefits Administration Knowledge:
    • Understanding of employee benefits programs and administration processes
    • Ability to support implementation and maintenance of benefits programs, including prescription drug coverage

What Will Set You Apart :
  • Prior experience working specifically with prescription benefit programs
  • Experience working with external vendors in a Total Rewards or benefits environment
  • Advanced data analysis experience or strong proficiency in Power BI or similar tools
  • Experience supporting compliance and governance in benefits programs


Summary Pay Range:

$89,210.00 - $133,810.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
