U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE. Responsibilities- Monitor, review, prioritize, and triage incoming taskers within the Task Management Tool (TMT) and ETMS2 across NIPRNet and SIPRNet, ensuring accurate routing to the appropriate DoW divisions, progress tracking, accountability, and timely completion of assigned actions.
- Develop, package, and initiate TMT taskers on behalf of DOW leadership, coordinating and distributing taskings to CFLDCOMs, external agencies, and internal stakeholders while clearly communicating requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Support leadership decision-making by participating in meetings, forums, and working groups, while coordinating, consolidating, developing, and delivering status updates, briefing materials, reports, and presentations that communicate tasking status, risks, priorities, and organizational impacts.
- Manage executive communications and review work products, while coordinating and scheduling meetings, travel, and other activities in support of leadership requirements and leadership priorities.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with Department of War, and other functional stakeholders to facilitate cross-organizational coordination, resolve tasking issues, provide subject matter support, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and mission requirements.
Qualifications- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (3+ years)
- Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and foster strong client relationships (3+ years)
- Ability to analyze and organize complex technical processes and assess their impact on broader organizational strategy (1+ year)
- Ability to independently participate in and contribute to meetings with leadership and stakeholders
- Experience using Task Manager Tool (TMT) or ETMS2 (1+ year)
- Active DoD Security Clearance
- Bachelors Degree
Preferred Skills- Experience using Task Manager Tool (TMT) or ETMS2 (3+ years)
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships in both in-person and remote environments (3+ years)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders (3+ years)

Compensation:- W2 Hourly rate: $40 - $50. Pay rates are based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications, and are subject to change at any time.
