The Opportunity:

In this role as a TMIP-M System Administrator, you'll work to support TMIP-M software installation and TMIP-M hardware modifications. You'll work as the System Administrator subject area expert as a TMIP installer for the Navy Fleet and Military Sealift Command. You will instruct users on installation, troubleshooting, maintenance onsite or over the phone of all developed TMIP systems, servers, and related software applications (AHLTA-T, AHLTA-M, DCAM, TMDS, JMeWS) while managing multi-channel communications architecture. You'll interact with the contract, government staff, and alike to resolve technical while testing the interface of government programs.

The TMIP-M System Administrator will support the installation, configuration, and sustainment of Theater Medical Information Program-Maritime (TMIP-M) systems across the U.S. Navy Fleet and Military Sealift Command. This role requires CONUS and OCONUS Travel. The candidate must be willing work in shipboard environments including confined spaces (e.g., submarines) and industrial areas such as shipyards and have the ability to climb and descend ladders, scaffolding, and similar structures as required. The System Administrator serves as a subject matter expert responsible for installing TMIP-M software and supporting hardware modifications, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring operational readiness of medical information systems in both shipboard and shore environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Accommodate overall support and technical inputs such as installation, system administration, how-to-guides, and maintenance.
  • Test patches and updates; lead technical contract personnel; create and modify SOPs as well as comprehensive install documentation.
  • Design, assist, and develop training program elements, modules, and technical courses, conduct training programs on selected topics.
  • Manage all medical applications such as MMM, AHLTA-T, CHCS, Lexicomp, TC2, JasperSoft, Mirth, etc.
  • The project is within CACI's Healthcare Delivery Systems portfolio.
  • Support TMIP-M software installation and TMIP-M hardware modifications as required and be the subject area expert as a TMIP installer for the Navy Fleet and Military Sealift Command.
  • Instruct users on installation, troubleshooting, maintenance onsite or over the phone of all developed TMIP applications (MMM, AHLTA-T, CHCS, Lexicomp, TC2, JasperSoft, Mirth, etc.), servers, and related software applications while managing multi-channel communications architecture.
  • Interact with the contract, government staff, and alike to resolve technical while testing the interface of government programs.
  • Possess a general working knowledge of the Windows operating system and have the ability to perform troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Required to Travel OCONUS and CONUS
  • Able and willing to work in environments such as Confined spaces (e.g., Submarines), industrial areas to include shipyards.
  • Able and willing to climb/descend ladders, scaffolding, etc.

Three (3) years of technical experience in support of information assurance/network protection or virtualization projects
  • Familiarization with Naval networks (CANES, COMPOSE, TSCE, etc)


Desired:
  • Experience: Five (5) years of experience in Engineering, Systems Analysis, Medical Systems, Information Assurance, Web Development, or Engineering Management to include: Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, System/Equipment Support, Test and Evaluation, and Logistics support of C4ISR requirements.
