Full Job Description
Tire Pros is hiring full-time Tire Store Managers for both our Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks locations! This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced professional in the tire retail industry who is ready to take charge of store operations and team performance. PAY: $90,000 - $140,000/year. Top earners are driven, results-focused leaders who work hard and take ownership of performance. This role strongly rewards effort and execution and is not suited for someone looking to coast.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience managing a retail tire store
  • Valid CA driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • A motivated and customer-service-oriented leader with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and pushes themselves and their team to achieve results

A 2-year college degree or equivalent managerial certificate is preferred.

SCHEDULE: This full-time position offers a consistent schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, Saturday 8 AM - 3 PM, and Sundays CLOSED. Overtime opportunities are available for motivated candidates.
