Responsibilities
About the team The Warehouse Execution Systems team is responsible for planning and developing the core operational systems including WMS (Warehouse Management System) and DCS (Distributed Control System) - that power our warehouse network across multiple scenarios, from fulfillment centers and inbound sortation centers to storage & fulfillment centers and consumer package sortation centers. Our systems are the backbone of day-to-day warehouse operations, enabling teams to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and drive down operating costs at scale. Responsibilities - Lead the solution design, rollout, and operational optimization of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Distribution Center System (DCS), supporting fulfillment centers and sortation centers across multiple regions. - Drive successful new site launches by leading system implementation, operational readiness, user acceptance testing (UAT), and on-site training for warehouse operations teams. - Partner closely with Operations, Product Management, Engineering, and regional stakeholders to deliver scalable system solutions and ensure successful feature adoption across all fulfillment sites. - Provide frontline operational support for warehouses by identifying and resolving system issues, analyzing operational data, and driving continuous improvements in system functionality and business processes. - Leverage data and operational insights to identify optimization opportunities, improve warehouse efficiency, operational quality, and cost performance. - Drive continuous product enhancements and innovation by translating operational needs into scalable platform capabilities that can be reused across different markets and business scenarios.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, supply chain systems, logistics technology, or solution design. - Strong understanding of warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, and warehouse management systems (WMS); - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive operational and product decisions; Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Product, Engineering, and regional business teams. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting multi-region or global operations and working across diverse cultures is preferred. - Experience with sortation systems (DCS/WCS/WES) is a plus.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $258400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
