Responsibilities
About the Role As the Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact brand campaigns with top brands, including building block planning, livestream initiatives, marketing ideas, etc, to support our ongoing e-commerce growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and engaging campaigns that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities - End-to-End Campaign Execution: Develop and implement integrated campaigns for renowned brands, ensuring seamless execution from strategy to launch. - Strategic Planning: Craft campaign strategies with business objectives, market trends, and seller's positioning to maximize impact. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and external sellers to ensure consistent brand messaging, execution excellence, and high seller satisfaction. - Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, refine strategies based on insights, and abstract into methodology with impact. - Industry & Consumer Insights: Stay updated on market trends, landscape, and consumer behavior to enhance campaign strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years or more of experience in brand marketing, e-commerce campaign management, or a related field. - Proven ability to manage large-scale brand activations/ campaigns with measurable success. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Excellent collaboration and project management skills. - Curious, self-motivated and always have a drive for something new. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in 4A creative agency, digital marketing, social media, and cross-channel campaign execution is a plus.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $159600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
