Qualifications

• TS/SCI CI Poly Clearance is required.
• 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent educational background.
• Compliance with DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 standards.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Flexibility to work weekends and outside regular hours if necessary.
• Hands-on experience with Layer 1 and Layer 2 networking technologies.
• Familiarity with network management tools like ServiceNow and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and effectively troubleshoot network issues.
• Meet and complete tasks according to established SLOs/SLAs.
• Implement standard network changes after drafting requests.
• Assist Tier III engineers with project coordination and equipment installation.
• Maintain accurate asset management records and update network topology drawings.
• Manage network operations, including repairs and upgrades, specifically for CISCO and Juniper devices.
• Perform IOS upgrades across various operating systems such as Cisco and Juniper.
