About the roleAs a TIBCO Integration Lead, you will make an impact by owning the architecture, design, optimization, and production reliability of a complex enterprise integration landscape. You will be a valued member of the integration and application delivery team and work collaboratively with business leaders, cross-functional technology teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
In this role, you will- Own the end-to-end system architecture across in-scope applications, integrations, middleware, infrastructure, servers, and databases.
- Design architect-level solutions for new requirements and enhancements, balancing scalability, security, compliance, and platform optimization.
- Lead the design and troubleshooting of complex integrations from source applications through middleware to target systems, including APIs and managed file transfers.
- Drive vendor relationships and cross-party technical discussions, aligning multiple stakeholders and moving issues toward fast, clear decisions and closure.
- Resolve production integration issues under pressure, identify root causes, strengthen error handling and reconciliation, and proactively propose sustainable solutions.
What you need to have to be considered- Deep hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5 and 6 and Enterprise Message Service, or equivalent enterprise middleware.
- Strong API integration and API management expertise, including REST, SOAP, authentication patterns, governance, and secure connectivity.
- Experience with AWS and with enterprise environments that connect applications, middleware, servers, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong experience with MOVEit or comparable managed file transfer platforms, including SFTP, FTPS, AS2, scheduling, error handling, and reconciliation.
- Proven technical leadership, production support, root-cause analysis, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and accountability for taking issues through closure.
These will help you stand out- Solid knowledge of SAP integration touchpoints, including IDocs, BAPIs, interfaces, and middleware connectivity.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations and Partner Relationship Management, including REST and Bulk APIs, platform events, and inbound and outbound data flows.
- Experience in a regulated enterprise environment such as GxP, life sciences, healthcare, supply chain, or warehouse operations, with validation and change-control awareness.
- Experience owning vendor-managed application landscapes and coordinating delivery across multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to move fluidly between deep technical detail and executive-level summaries while leading technical discussions to clear outcomes.
