Full Job Description
What you'll do day-to-day
Manage the drafting and review process for content including white papers, speaking engagements and presentations, and short-form materials.
Collaborate with individuals spanning the firm's investment research and tech disciplines, as well as Investor Relations, Media Communications, and Legal & Compliance.
Ideate, manage, and implement projects to support the team's content sourcing, amplification initiatives, and infrastructure.
Build relationships with stakeholders across the firm to identify and execute on new ideas for thought leadership.
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree or higher and at least two to five years of experience in roles requiring impressive analytical and research abilities, written communication, and project management.
Academic or professional experience in finance, economics, statistics, or another quantitative discipline is valued but not required; a successful candidate will demonstrate learning agility and a desire to rigorously analyze a range of problems.
Sound collaborative ability, commitment to high standards, and well-developed writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $135,000 to $185,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
