Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire a Thoracic Surgeon who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As a Thoracic Surgeon, you will:
• Respond to calls for emergency care while on call
• Diagnose and treat patients presenting with symptoms and disease
• Collaborate with ED and Hospital Medicine Medical staff.
Qualifications include:
• Board certified or eligible by American Board of Thoracic Surgery
• At least 5 years of post-residency experience
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Monday - Friday, 8 am- 5pm and call as required
Pay Range:
$104,000.00 - $1,404,000.00
If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:
