Full Job Description
The Third-Party Risk Management Systems & Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the management, integrity, and continuous improvement of third-party risk, vendor, contract, and related operational data across multiple technology platforms. This role serves as a key liaison across the Strategic Sourcing Group, and business stakeholders to ensure third-party information is accurate, complete, aligned, and readily available for risk management and reporting purposes. The position supports TPRM systems and data throughout their lifecycle, including data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, migration, integration, reporting, and ongoing maintenance. The role also identifies opportunities to align data sets across systems, eliminate redundancies, standardize processes, improve data quality, and increase operational efficiency. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain third-party risk, vendor, contract, and related data across multiple enterprise technologies and systems. • Support the administration and ongoing optimization of TPRM platforms, including ProcessUnity, and other vendor, contract, procurement, or risk management applications. • Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and loading activities to ensure data integrity across systems. • Support large-scale TPRM system implementations, migrations, upgrades, and integrations, including mapping legacy data to new system structures and requirements. • Develop and maintain data mappings between TPRM, vendor management, procurement, contract, financial, and other enterprise data sources. • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, duplicate records, incomplete information, inconsistent naming conventions, and other data-quality issues. • Establish and maintain data standards, business rules, definitions, and validation procedures to support consistent reporting and governance. • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand system requirements and translate business processes into data and system solutions. • Analyze relationships between third-party, contract, financial, risk, and operational data to improve visibility into the third-party risk lifecycle. • Support the development and maintenance of TPRM reporting, dashboards, metrics, and management information used by senior leadership and governance committees. • Perform recurring data-quality and completeness checks to ensure systems remain reliable and reporting-ready. • Support internal and external audit requests by researching, validating, and providing accurate third-party risk and vendor documentation. • Assist with contract and vendor data management, including contract terms, renewal dates, services, vendors, spend, ownership, and related risk information. • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, streamline reporting, reduce duplicate data entry, and improve the efficiency of TPRM operations. • Develop and maintain process documentation, data dictionaries, system procedures, and operational controls. • Support recurring and ad-hoc analysis related to third-party risk, vendor populations, contracts, spend, renewals, and risk reporting. • Monitor data flows and operational processes to identify gaps, control weaknesses, and opportunities for continuous improvement. • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, data validation, and implementation activities for enhancements to TPRM and related technologies. • Support governance activities by ensuring third-party data is accurate, complete, appropriately documented, and aligned with established risk and control requirements. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in third-party risk, operational risk, vendor management, technology operations, data management, financial analysis, or a related discipline. • Experience working with enterprise risk management or TPRM platforms • Demonstrated experience with data migration, data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and mapping. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Experience working with large and complex data sets across multiple systems. • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, controls, and reporting processes. • Experience working cross-functionally • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 USD annual base. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, location and education. Bonus eligible.
