ole OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Thermal Engineer to join our team in Seattle or Santa Clara. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in thermal engineering, with 3-5 years of experience in product management or a similar role within the industry. This role requires a deep understanding of thermal systems, component-level products, and client management. The Thermal Engineer will work closely with multiple clients, cross-functional teams, and take ownership of critical projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Thermal System Design and Analysis
- Design and analyze thermal management systems for various products.
- Conduct thermal simulations and testing to ensure system performance meets design specifications.
- Develop and validate thermal models to predict system behavior under different conditions.
- Manage relationships with multiple clients, ensuring their thermal engineering needs are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer product management and engineering questions related to thermal systems.
- Take ownership of critical projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Prepare for potential night shift responsibilities as required.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in thermal engineering or product management within a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of thermal systems and component-level products.
- Proven experience with thermal simulations, modeling, and testing.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage client communications, emails, and project requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions.
- Experience in new business development and market research.
- Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
