Compensation & Benefits: - Estimated rate range: ≈ $35-45/hr, depending on experience and facility size

Key Responsibilities: - Provide hands-on leadership to the rehab department and therapy staff

- Support, mentor, and evaluate team members to maximize performance
- Collaborate with nursing, administration, and corporate teams on patient outcomes and operational goals

Qualifications: - Licensed PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP in IA
- 1+ year of management or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to foster teamwork and motivate staff
- Skilled in Medicare documentation, compliance, and billing standards
