Anticipated Compensation: $78,000 - $85,000

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, daytime business hours

Location and Travel: This role will support the Dallas Fort Worth area. Frequent local travel and visits to the Dallas and Forth Worth branch offices is required.

The Therapy Clinical Manager is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and evaluation of clinical therapy practice within the organization. This role provides oversight, coordination, and day-to-day support for assigned clinical teams and responsibilities to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care and strong clinical outcomes. The Therapy Clinical Manager helps drive company goals and initiatives by leading people, improving processes, supporting clinical standards, and partnering with other leaders across the organization. This position may also support the organization and delivery of individual therapy services as assigned.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide dedicated clinical leadership and oversight for assigned therapy teams, processes, and/or programs.
  • Manage day-to-day clinical operations to ensure quality, consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Lead, support, and develop clinical team members, including therapists and other therapy professionals.
  • Monitor team goals, performance metrics, quality indicators, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to support operational alignment and clinical excellence.
  • Apply established policies, procedures, regulations, and best practices when making clinical and operational decisions.
  • Escalate high-impact or complex decisions to higher-level leadership as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of internal expectations, external requirements, and applicable therapy standards.
  • Support process improvement efforts that strengthen service delivery, team performance, and patient care.
Qualifications

  • Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the applicable state of practice
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a directly related discipline from an accredited program
  • 3+ years of progressive clinical therapy experience
