Location: Rolla - W 6th Street

Compensation: $37.49 - $40.49 / hour

Description

Empower individuals to achieve stability and wellness through person-centered, community-based care.

As an ACT Therapist, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive, wraparound behavioral health support. You'll work directly with clients in their communities and homes, helping them build skills, manage symptoms, and achieve their recovery goals. This role combines clinical expertise with hands-on engagement, ensuring that each person receives the support they need where and when it's needed most.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and group therapy in both community and office settings.
Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized wellness and recovery plans.
Participate in daily team meetings and collaborate within a transdisciplinary team model.
Deliver culturally competent, person-centered care to meet the unique needs of each individual and family.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with agency and state regulations.
Provide on-call crisis intervention coverage on a rotating schedule.
Offer licensure supervision, if applicable.
Drive as needed to provide services and support to clients in the community; driving is an essential function of this position.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, or social work as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education required

WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Working knowledge of DSM-5
  • A valid driver's license and agency-established minimum automobile coverage required

  • Licensed therapist in Missouri (PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or PLMFT)
