This role will work in close partnership with the Targeted & Field Theatrical PR executives to bring campaigns to life - managing day-to-day coordination, agency oversight, asset organization, and activation logistics across multicultural, regional, and community-based initiatives.
This role is also a critical operational backbone for the team's field publicity and promotions function - supporting the planning and execution of regional press activities, screening programs, press junkets, talent PA tours, and promotional activations across markets nationwide. The ideal candidate brings both creative cultural instincts and administrative rigor in equal measure.
The ideal candidate is passionate about inclusive storytelling, deeply knowledgeable about diverse audiences - particularly Latinx communities - and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment where precision, cultural fluency, and creative thinking are equally valued. Experience supporting social impact campaigns is a plus.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated experience working on multicultural PR campaigns, with strong knowledge of Latinx audiences, media landscape, and cultural touchpoints
- Experience supporting field publicity logistics including regional press activities, screening programs, junkets, and/or talent tours
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously without compromising quality
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated administrative and organizational capabilities including budget tracking, vendor management, and process documentation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting field, regional, and/or grassroots PR campaigns across multiple markets
- Established relationships with multicultural media outlets, community organizations, regional promotional partners, cultural influencers and creators - particularly within Latinx media and cultural ecosystems
- Working knowledge of the film festival and convention landscape
- Experience supporting social impact or cause-based campaigns tied to entertainment releases
- Experience coordinating press junkets, press days, and/or talent publicity tours
- Proficiency in budget tracking, vendor onboarding, and agency management processes
- Strong command of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (Slides/PowerPoint, Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools to streamline workflow
- Genuine love of all film genres and pop culture
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
